Currently we only ship within the UK. Once payment has been received we aim to dispatch items as quickly as possible and notify you by email once your order has been sent. Orders less than £30 will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class post, to which we are bound by their terms & conditions with regards to claims for losses or delay.

Delivery costs within the UK are calculated by product weight including postage & packaging:

Some orders with a value over £30 may be sent via special delivery and may require a signature. Please allow approximately 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

We only accept orders and deliver to addresses that are confirmed by our payment provider. If an order is flagged by our payment provider as having an 'unconfirmed address' your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

If you have problems with deliveries and prefer to use an alternative address we request that you contact us to arrange payment by cheque. Your order will then be dispatched upon clearance of funds.

What happens if part of my order is out of stock ?

This should rarely happen because we don't allow customers to place items in their basket if they are out of stock, to avoid disappointment. However, if this happens through a technical error beyond our control and an item is out of stock once the order has been initiated we will contact you to notify you of when we expect to have the items back in stock. At this point, you are perfectly within your rights to cancel the order if the supply time is unsatisfactory. Please note we do have a stock control system in place so this scenario is highly unlikely.

If you receive an 'item out of stock' message whilst trying to place an item in your shopping basket, please contact us at so we can advise when the product will be available again.

Cancelling or Ammending an order?

We aim to dispatch items as quickly as possible, so if you wish to cancel or ammend your order you will need to contact us as soon as possible. We regret that once an order has been dispatched they cannot be changed or cancelled, however most items can be returned easily.

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchased goods so we offer a no quibble returns policy here at Dog Store. All we ask is that any returned items are unused and within their original packaging with all labels and tags still attached.  If you decide you are not happy with your goods please contact us ( within 7 working days of receipt of your order to arrange either a replacement or refund.  Please note, you will be liable for any return postage costs for any unwanted items or items ordered in error. We recommend using an insured carrier when returning items to us and to obtain any certificates of posting if available. Please make sure goods are received by us within 30 days once arrangements have been made to return those goods. We regret that we cannot accept any ‘personalised’ items for refund unless they are damaged.

Return of Promotional Items

If you chose to return an item and your order no longer meets the terms of a particular promotion, we regret that any promotional items received with that order must also be returned.

What happens if my item fails after it has been used ?

All our products are high quality and covered by normal manufacturers warranties. If an item fails please contact us immediately, giving details of the fault and the original order details. We will deal with each complaint as quickly as possible, although please note that some items may need to be inspected by our suppliers.


We accept payment via Credit/Debit card or Paypal account. Both types of payment are handled by Paypal. Upon leaving the checkout you will be directed to Paypal's secure online site, which will give you the option to pay by Paypal account (if you have one) or by Credit/Debit card.

We occasionally accept payment for goods by cheque if arranged through contact with us, however, your order will not subject to our 24 hour dispatch time as we have to bank the payment and wait for clearance of the funds. We strongly recommend using our online payment system if possible for faster delivery of your ordered items.
